The agile project method Scrum has now established itself as an industry standard, particularly in software and web development. In this class, you will learn how the Scrum method works and what needs to be considered when implementing it. In particular, you will also learn about the Scrum philosophy, the roles, events and artifacts in the Scrum process and how a so-called sprint works as a central element in the Scrum process. One focus of this learning unit is to explain the tasks of the Scrum Master and Product Owner and to impart practical skills for their work.
