If you want to advertise and sell successfully, you not only need to be familiar with the new possibilities of digitalization and use them in a targeted manner, but also know what makes your target groups ā€œtickā€. Today's marketing focuses even more than in the past on customer needs and online markets, where competition is fierce and customers have a choice.

In this module you will learn why digital marketing is an integral part of corporate strategies and which digital marketing disciplines are available to you to achieve various marketing goals. You also learn which areas of law are particularly relevant for digital marketing. You will also delve deep into neuromarketing and learn how customers make purchasing decisions on the web.

This certificate course thus provides you with a toolbox to successfully apply digital marketing and sales psychology in different companies and markets.
