How do we lead companies and teams so that everyone pursues the same overarching, strategic business goals? And how can we ensure that there is enough flexibility so that the departments can implement their tasks, projects, and quarterly goals agilely and independently? This is the core question we will address in this class. As a solution to this problem, we present the agile management method OKR (Objectives and Key Results), which is also used by Google and has therefore become very well known. Using many examples, scenarios and practical exercises, you learn the OKR method so that at the end of the course you are well-equipped to work as a junior OKR master.
