This module consists of the following classes:
How do you implement projects in such a way that the project goals are achieved within the budget and time frame? This is the key question we address in this class. We examine what constitutes a project and what distinguishes it from day-to-day business. We shed light on the question of what distinguishes web projects from other IT projects and makes them so special, what agile project methods are and why they have now also become established in web projects. You will learn how you can combine the classic tasks of project managers with the new agile management and project methods such as OKR and Scrum to ensure a smooth project process and project success.
