Certified AI Assistant
A sound understanding of artificial intelligence is the key competence required to help shape the transformation of your own working environment in a safe and responsible manner. Upon completion of this certification, you will be able to:
develop a sound understanding of the basics and types of AI in order to assess its potential and limitations in everyday professional life
understand the essential requirements of the EU AI Act, in particular the risk-based approach and the need for human oversight
Identify and assess fundamental legal and ethical risks in AI use, including discrimination, transparency issues, and copyright infringement
apply a checklist for the safe use of AI, understand your own role as a critical user, and actively contribute to the responsible use of AI systems within your company
The following modules of the WPI curriculum are required for this certification:
Acquire crucial AI expertise. In this module, you will learn how to assess potential and risks and how to confidently apply the legal requirements of the EU AI Act, data protection, and copyright law.
The total duration of this course is approximately 20 hours and includes both the learning process and the final exam.
