After completing this module, you will be able to
Identify suitable use cases for trained AI assistants in business processes and evaluate their economic benefits in a business case
analyze different AI training approaches for end users and select the most suitable method for each use case
design the architecture of a reusable training library (master briefing & special modules) for a specific business process
Develop professional master and special briefings to teach an AI complex process rules, a specific personality, and dynamic use cases
Implement a developed AI training program into a permanent tool that teams can use (such as a Gemini Gem) and put the AI in a proactive coaching role
Assess your ethical responsibility as an AI trainer using frameworks such as the CARE principle and professionally design the strategic introduction of new AI assistants to the team
