AI Trainer
Go beyond simple prompting and become an architect of professional AI solutions. In this advanced module, you will learn the strategic and practical methods for "shaping" highly specialized assistants tailored to your business processes from generic language models. You will acquire the crucial skills to raise the quality, consistency, and efficiency of AI workflows to a new, scalable level through systematic training, thereby securing the long-term return on investment of your AI initiatives.
After completing this module, you will be able to
Identify suitable use cases for trained AI assistants in business processes and evaluate their economic benefits in a business case
analyze different AI training approaches for end users and select the most suitable method for each use case
design the architecture of a reusable training library (master briefing & special modules) for a specific business process
Develop professional master and special briefings to teach an AI complex process rules, a specific personality, and dynamic use cases
Implement a developed AI training program into a permanent tool that teams can use (such as a Gemini Gem) and put the AI in a proactive coaching role
Assess your ethical responsibility as an AI trainer using frameworks such as the CARE principle and professionally design the strategic introduction of new AI assistants to the team

You will acquire the crucial skills needed to take the quality, consistency, and value of AI to a new level through systematic training and to responsibly fulfill your role as an internal AI coach within your team.
