Lead cultural change and skill development. You actively shape the transformation as a change leader, break down resistance, establish units such as a “Center of Excellence” (CoE), and ensure future-readiness through targeted talent strategies and upskilling programs.
Master professional prompt engineering. They systematically manage language models (e.g., using the CRISP framework) to optimize work processes, develop targeted content strategies, and achieve high-quality results through iterative refinement.
Train customized AI assistants. You build reusable training libraries (master and specialized briefings) using a top-down approach, leverage external knowledge databases (RAG), and transform generic AI systems into highly specialized, proactive corporate coaches.
Orchestrate complex AI workflows and agents. You design visual process architectures (BPMN), automate data pipelines with API integrations (such as n8n), and connect deterministic processes with autonomous multi-agent systems in stable, routine operation.

Go beyond classic prompt engineering and become a strategic AI Workflow Architect. In this class, you will learn to visually plan complex business processes and transform them into powerful, autonomous AI systems using platforms like n8n.
Become a trusted AI officer. In this class, you will learn the strategic and practical methods for implementing AI governance and leveraging compliance with the EU AI Act as a strategic competitive advantage.
In this module, you will learn how to design a value-driven AI strategy, calculate robust business cases, and successfully manage the transformation of your organization through scaling and cultural change.
The total duration of this course is approximately 162 hours and includes both the learning process and the final exam.
